Specialist sales of life and pension insurance is responsible for maintaining and building their own customer portfolio through advice and sales within occupational pensions.

We are looking for you to join a skilled team of 7 pension specialists in an engaging and developing work environment. You will be responsible for increasing support for pensions in the market area through proactive work and contribute to good customer experiences across the financial house. You are a team player who performs through your own sales targets, but also contributes to the department achieving its overall goals.
As a specialist and salesperson of occupational pensions, you will work with advice and sales of pension solutions to companies, and help to strengthen our position as a leading player in life and pension insurance in Innlandet.
Tasks
- Advising and selling pension products to the corporate market.
- Responsibility for your own sales budget.
- Prospecting and creating your own customer portfolio.
- Develop and retain customers in own portfolio and work actively to acquire new customers.
- Contribute to growth and development in collaboration with other parts of the Group.
- Relationship building.
Qualifications
- Sales experience and documented results.
- Good and comprehensive business understanding.
- Experience with sales of savings, investments, pensions.
- Interest in and knowledge of the business community in the market area.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- Good knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
- Good command of spoken and written Norwegian.
- Driver's license class B.
