You will be part of a competent and committed HR environment with 11 colleagues who cheer each other on and work with HR management and the employer area, recruitment and employer branding, as well as organizational development and competence. In this role, you will have central responsibility for professional development and quality in HR analysis, reporting and compliance. You will contribute to our image as a responsible and attractive employer by providing management with good support in decision-making and ensuring that we comply with regulations and internal guidelines.
We are currently in the midst of a digitization journey where we are simplifying and modernizing the organization's work processes. This challenges skills, management and culture - and we're looking for someone who is digitally curious, analytical and structured, and who loves people.
Together with skilled colleagues, you'll prepare matters for the Executive Management Team, Remuneration Committee and Board of Directors. You will further develop and streamline the area and support managers with advice and training. The role also involves planning and supporting the follow-up of activities in the employer team.
Your main tasks will be:
- Preparing analyses and reports that provide insight into HR data and trends
- Coordinating HR reporting, the annual cycle and employer-related activities.
- Prepare matters for the Group Executive Committee, Remuneration Committee and Board of Directors.
- Coordinate work with salaries, reward systems and salary negotiations
- Keep up to date on relevant statistics, research and regulations - and translate this into practice
- Contribute to the digitization and improvement of HR processes and routines
- Plan and conduct training in employer-related topics
- Collaborate with Finance, sustainability and business areas for comprehensive HR reporting
- Lead small and large projects within the employer area
- Be a professional advisor and support HR partners and managers with insights
We are looking for you who have:
- Higher education in HR, economics, social sciences, statistics or similar
- Solid experience in reporting, HR analytics and the employer space
- Good system understanding and experience with HR systems and relevant analytical tools
- Experience with training, and communicating complex analysis or subject matter pedagogically and simply
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
