Key tasks and responsibilities

Tasks

• Participate in the operation, management and troubleshooting of equipment and solutions included under IT technical.
• General 2nd line support for employees.
• System and user documentation of relevant IT solutions.
• Assist with agreements and procurement of IT solutions.

Administration and management responsibility of

• Bank's storage solutions.
• Bank's backup solutions.
• Bank's print solutions.
• Bank's SQL infrastructure solutions.
• VmWare solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience with operation and management of IT solutions.
• Experience with storage and backup solutions.
• General experience with Microsoft products.
• Competence in virtualization and experience from VMWare.
• Competence in print solutions.
• Competence in IT security.
• Familiarity with IaaS/PaaS and preferably having worked with this type of infrastructure.
• Familiarity with IaC (terraform or ansible) and preferably having worked with declarative infrastructure in the past.
• Relevant IT education from college/university. Relevant experience can compensate for lack of formal education.
• Fluent Norwegian and English, written and spoken.

• You can take the lead when demanding error situations arise.
• You are willing to learn and take action where needed - also in areas you are not used to.
• You have a good technical understanding and a keen interest in technology and product development.
