Would you like to be part of our insurance and pension team?
We are strengthening the team that works with sales, advice and follow-up of insurance and pension solutions for our corporate customers in the SME market.
We are looking for someone who:
- Enjoys working in a team and using telephone, chat and digital solutions as work tools
- Has a strong commitment to giving customers a positive experience and creating solutions that provide added value.
With us, you will be part of a strong competence environment at the Corporate Center, which serves the bank's SME customers. The insurance and pension team currently consists of seven committed employees, including the manager.
The position reports to the head of the insurance/pension department, and the place of work is Hamar.

Tasks

  • Advice and sales of insurance and pensions to our corporate customers via incoming calls, chat and digital solutions
  • Develop the team's portfolio within the SMEmarket
  • New sales and portfolio management via outbound activities
  • Identify needs and take relevant initiatives in dialogue with corporate customers
  • Assist the customer in the use of digital solutions and self-service tools
  • Interact closely with the rest of the of the insurance and pension sales team
  • Contribute to providing the customer with information and knowledge about the Group's entire product range

Qualifications

  • Relevant bachelor's degree
  • Experience from insurance and/or pension sales, preferably within the corporate market will be given great weight
  • Relevant authorizations and approvals within the fields will be an advantage
  • Experience from working at a customer center with phone, chat and email as work tools
  • Good oral and written skills
  • Good digital skills

Relevant authorization schemes within Insurance Business and Pension are mandatory for this position and must be completed if you do not have this before.
The position also requires approval of suitability and therefore requires that a police certificate is presented.
