We have 5 vacant 30% positions as customer advisors at our newly established customer center in Gjøvik. In May 2025 we employed 15 advisors, now we want to expand our operations with 5 new advisors. Basically work in the afternoon/evening. Suitable for students at bachelor and master level.
As a customer advisor, your main task is to provide service and good advice on relevant products and solutions. Are you a service-minded and willing-to-learn person who wants an exciting part-time job in banking?

Tasks
- Customer service, guidance, advice and sales via telephone, chat and email
- See opportunities and quickly suggest relevant solutions and products for the customer
- Utilize the broad potential of the activities we perform daily
- Referate to other relevant expertise
- Ensure that all customers use our innovative digital solutions and self-service tools
Qualifications
- Students at Bachelor or Master level.
- Bachelor's level in economic subjects. Relevant experience can compensate for lack of education
- Experience from call center - preferably other industry
- Guidance, referral and service skills.
- Relevant sales experience and documented sales results are emphasized.
- Master technological solutions and self-service tools well
