The Robotics and Continuous Improvement department consists of three teams working with Artificial Intelligence (AI), Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and continuous improvement/LEAN. We lead the work to simplify and automate customer and work processes in the organization, as part of the Technology and Development division.

We are looking for a committed and solution-oriented RPA developer who will help drive digital transformation and process automation in our organization and are looking for you who have experience with process automation. As a Digital Assistant Developer - RPA, you will be involved in developing, operating and managing automated customer and work processes using API and RPA technology (BluePrism).


Tasks

  • Plan, lead and drive the development of automated processes using RPA and API.
  • Test, pilot and implement new automated customer and work processes.
  • Operate, manage and maintain automated solutions in production.
  • Monitoring and control of processes.
  • Contribute to the further development of our methodology for the development and management of automations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or master's degree primarily in technology.
  • Good understanding of technology and processes.
  • Experience with low-code development.
  • Knowledge and experience with the use of APIs
  • Experience with RPA technology (Blueprism) is desirable.
  • Experience from banking is desirable.
