The Purchasing and Real Estate department in the bank is a department with 8 employees. We are looking for a structured and enterprising professional consultant for our department. You will play a key role in ensuring efficient purchasing processes, good supplier follow-up and contributing to the smooth operation of the bank's locations. The position involves both operational and administrative tasks, and you will work closely with colleagues in the department and other parts of the organization.

Tasks

  • Entering into and following up purchasing agreements in line with the bank's needs and guidelines
  • Following up partners and suppliers, including quality assurance and evaluation
  • Execution of purchases and orders
  • Administration and follow-up of the bank's leases
  • Invoice processing and control
  • Budget follow-up and reporting related to purchasing and real estate
  • Assist in the daily operation of the bank's locations, including coordination of practical tasks and maintenance
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of routines and processes within the area of responsibility

Qualifications

  • Relevant education in finance, administration, real estate or purchasing, minimum bachelor level
  • Experience from similar role, purchasing skills and negotiation experience, preferably within banking, finance or property management
  • Good system understanding and experience with financial and purchasing systems
  • Structured, accurate and with good implementation skills
  • Good collaboration skills and service attitude
