CM advisor is responsible for developing their own portfolio, and will be an advisor to our customers in the area of digital development and efficient work processes. You will contribute to creating good customer experiences across the financial house. Cash Management advisors at Sparebank1 Østlandet are specialists in the area and their responsibility is to be close to the customers and ensure that they have the best solutions available in payment and liquidity tools. There is also a strong focus on process optimization and streamlining at customer sites, and contributing to concrete improvements that make customers' working day easier.

Through involvement, interest and commitment, you will be part of the development and be an important contributor to improving existing solutions and customers' everyday banking life. You will be part of a strong professional environment that currently consists of 10 people, and the changes that are coming within the payment area will give you opportunities to develop within the field. You will be part of a competent team with 10 other specialists in Cash Management. Workplace will be Oslo or Hamar.

Tasks

  • Advice and sales of digital and efficient payment solutions.
  • Technical problem solving.
  • Participation in customer meetings, tender and offer preparation.
  • Bank switching.
  • Participation in projects, both in the bank and in the SpareBank 1 Alliance.
  • Contribute to creating good customer experiences across the financial house.
  • Build long-term relationships with customers.
  • Use your expertise by helping customers to become self-service.

Qualifications

  • Relevant education at Bachelor's level, preferably Finance or IT.
  • Knowledge of ERP, financial or payment systems in the corporate market
  • Experience from Cash Management or consulting of payment solutions is an advantage
  • Product expertise in digital solutions and experience in advising these to customers
  • Experience from consulting, project work or customer contact.
