The position is part of the Financial Crime department, which consists of the specialist areas of money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions, international payment services and digital fraud. The main task of the AML team working with the corporate market is to perform customer measures when onboarding new customers in the corporate market. Furthermore, to perform ongoing and periodic customer measures against corporate market customers in accordance with the Money Laundering Act Chapter 4.
Tasks
- Customer onboarding of all customers in the corporate market.
- Perform compliance tasks related to KYC/AML, including performing customer measures on an ongoing and periodic basis on customers with standard and increased risk of money laundering and terrorist financing.
- Development and improvement of work processes, competence and routines related to the team's tasks.
- Assist the Corporate Market Division with professional expertise within the topic and collaborate on work tasks in accordance with current routines.
- Be a resource for the Corporate Marketing Division in the AML area when needed.
- Interact with the rest of the professional environment in the Financial Crime department and other departments/divisions in the bank in the field of KYC/AML.
- Approve the establishment and continuation of corporate customers with an increased risk of money laundering and terrorist financing.
- Develop and maintain relevant routines/work processes.
- Participate in projects across the bank as needed.
- Relieve the department manager in the areas mentioned above.
Qualifications
- Relevant college or university education at minimum bachelor's level.
- Strong interest and motivation to learn about and work within the field.
- Accounting skills.
- Good understanding of the corporate market customer.
- Competence and experience in AML/KYC requirements and regulations is an advantage.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to exercise discretion and perform independent assessments.
- Good digital skills.
