Our AI agent team leads the work of exploring, developing and facilitating AI agents for customers and employees based on standard AI solutions from Microsoft and Boost.AI. The team will now be strengthened with an AI developer, who can help further develop the area.

We are looking for someone with experience in system development and interest/experience in developing AI agents based on Microsoft Copilot Studio. If you also have good technical skills and experience with the use of APIs, we would like to hear from you.

The position is part of the bank's AI agent team, belonging to the Robotization and Continuous Improvement department.
We are now a department with 15 employees divided into 3 teams focusing on Artificial Intelligence, Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and continuous improvement / Lean. Together we develop and manage solutions for customers and employees in close collaboration with the organization. We are part of the Technology and Development division, a strong professional environment with good opportunities for personal development.

Tasks

• Design, develop and implement AI solutions based on Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform
• Develop API integrations
• Explore new applications for generative AI in SpareBank 1 Østlandet.
• Collaborate with business developers, product owners and other technologists in interdisciplinary teams.
• Contribute to the further development of our AI competence and competence sharing in the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Informatics or other programming-related education.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (development of Power apps and power automate)
• Experience with CoPilot Studio
• Competence and experience with the use of API integrations and connectors.
• Knowledge of or desire to learn Azure AI Foundry
• Very good written and oral Norwegian
