- Recruiting for many exciting roles.

We are looking for you who
- Have experience from HR or consulting, bachelor's/master's degree in relevant subjects.
- You know what to do to create good ad drafts.
- Have experience with recruitment and can structure your workday.
- You can handle 5-10 recruitment processes at the same time, and must be good at prioritizing your workday.
- Keep yourself professionally updated and have good digital skills.
- You are certified in ability and personality tests.
- Have good oral and written skills in Norwegian.

The main place of work is Oslo, but our head office is in Hamar and some meetings must be expected there too. In addition, we have 37 offices in Eastern Norway. Some travel must be expected.
