As a customer advisor at SpareBank 1 Østlandet, you will have a unique opportunity to create good customer experiences, both in the office and in digital interfaces. You will be an important part of the customer's everyday financial life, where you speak their language and take initiatives that are relevant to them. In this role, you will also have the opportunity to work with savings and insurance, which will further strengthen your expertise. We will be available to our customers when they need us and earn their trust every day.

In this role, you will work purposefully to create new relationships and offer that little extra when meeting customers. You will provide service, guidance and advice on relevant products and solutions that can help customers achieve their financial goals. Working as a customer advisor gives you a solid platform for understanding customer needs and building lasting customer relationships. In the role of customer advisor, you are expected to eventually develop into the role of financial advisor, where you will work with the subject of credit towards retail customers.

This position gives you an exciting opportunity to help further develop the bank's offices at Koppang and Otnes. You will work closely with good colleagues and be a good contributor to important decisions that affect your everyday work.

You will report to the bank manager.

Tasks

  • Provide advice and guidance to customers within banking services, loans, savings and insurance.
  • Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Build and maintain good customer relationships.
  • Participate in outbound activities towards customers and create growth in own customer portfolio.
  • Utilize the broad potential of the activities we perform daily.
  • Refer to other relevant expertise.
  • Guide customers to use Norway's leading digital bank.
  • Stay professionally updated, train and develop your own role.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in economics. Relevant experience can compensate for this.
  • Management, referral and service skills.
  • Relevant sales experience and documented sales results are a plus.
  • Mastery of technological solutions and self-service tools.
  • Good communication skills and service attitude.
  • In the long term, acquire mandatory courses and tests that qualify for the role of financial advisor.
