Our local office in Lena and Raufoss is a full-service office in good growth. We offer services in banking, insurance and real estate for both the retail and corporate markets.

The position reports to the bank manager.

Tasks

• Create good customer experiences in digital and physical channels
• Develop the customer portfolio and see opportunities even though many customers arrange a lot themselves
• Take responsibility for credit risk in the customer portfolio
• Provide customers with the right insurance solutions
• Discover risk tolerance and find good savings solutions together with the customer
• Ensure that all customers use our innovative digital solutions and self-service tools
• Help the customer to make good and sustainable financial choices
• Keep yourself professionally updated, train and develop your own role
• Contribute to marketing initiatives and activities to make the bank visible

Qualifications

• Education equivalent to Bachelor's level with relevant financial subjects
• Relevant experience from customer-related work in sales/service
• Good credit skills and interest in personal finance
• Authorization in Credit, Savings, General Insurance and Personal Insurance is a clear advantage
• Mastery of technological solutions and self-service tools
• Good oral and written presentation skills
• Ability to drive proactive sales and can show sales results
• Advantage if you have a broad local network
