We are looking for you who have great commitment and expertise in the interaction between people, technology, and at the same time have an understanding of how the design of a building affects both work form and productivity in a workplace.

Your main task will be to translate the Group's strategy and workplace concept into a physical environment and together with our employees build the workplace of the future in SpareBank 1 Østlandet.

We need a strategic project manager who is passionate about organizational development, is brave in change processes, dares to challenge traditional ways of thinking and create enthusiasm for change.

Your primary task over the next few years will be to lead a project aimed at developing a flexible and activity-based workplace that ensures productivity, interaction and innovation for the future.

You have experience of major organizational change projects, preferably construction and relocation processes. You have an understanding of how people are affected in change processes. It would be an advantage to have expertise related to modern office buildings, an understanding of space efficiency and insight into future office workplace concepts.

You will be provided with good project resources, both internally and externally without this entailing personnel responsibility.

You will report to the Executive Vice President of the Organization Division.

Tasks

  • Lead the work of developing and building the workplace concept of the future
  • Be project manager for the rebuilding/relocation process for the new head office
  • Lead and coordinate interdisciplinary projects with a focus on organizational development
  • Drive change processes with an understanding of group psychology and culture building
  • Contribute to strengthening organizational culture through involvement and anchoring
  • Create strategies for effective internal communication
  • Analyze and evaluate projects and results for continuous improvement

Qualifications

  • Higher education in HR/organizational psychology, management/project management, finance/administration or other type of relevant education
  • Documented experience with facility management, project management, preferably for larger projects in complex organizations
  • Experience with and competence to implement organizational changes
  • Good understanding of organizational culture, group psychology and change management
  • Experience in developing and implementing internal communication strategies
