We are looking for someone who wants to play a key role in further developing our CRM area. You will combine analysis, insights, and technology to ensure that the CRM platform (Dynamics 365; Sales and Customer Service) supports the bank’s strategic goals and customer and advisor processes in the best possible way. Through data-driven insights and continuous improvement, you will contribute to more efficient work processes and better follow-up with our customers.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop analyses, data extracts, and reports based on data from CRM and other relevant data sources.
  
• Compile, explore, structure, and analyze data to strengthen the basis for decision-making, customer processes, and goal achievement.
  
• Analyze existing processes, monitor traffic flow in inbound and outbound channels, and propose improvements.
  
• Contribute to the development of models and digital agents to optimize and streamline the CRM area, as well as serve as the point of contact for the further development of predictive models.

Qualifications

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in economics, marketing, technology, or a related field.
  
• Experience with extracting data from databases, as well as expertise in data aggregation.
  
• Experience with reporting solutions and creating reports, preferably using Power BI.
  
• Experience analyzing large data sets to identify patterns and gain insights.
  
• Experience using CRM tools and a strong understanding of how CRM can create value are desirable.
