As a full-stack developer at SpareBank 1 Østlandet, you will play an important role in the development of our digital solutions. You will work in an agile development team responsible for designing and developing solutions that improve the customer experience and increase efficiency. You will work closely with others to solve complex challenges in a safe environment that values knowledge sharing.

You will report to the Head of Innovation and work in Oslo.

Some of the tasks that await you

• Development and maintenance of frontend and backend applications.
• Ensure seamless integration between front- and backend, so that the solutions are both easy for users and work across systems and platforms.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers and other developers to deliver good and cost-effective digital solutions.
• Actively participate in raising the bank's technological capabilities.
• Test and optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability.

We are looking for you who have

• Relevant higher education.
  
• 5 years of experience as a full-stack developer, mastering both frontend and backend.
• Experience with JVM-based languages (Java, Kotlin, etc.)
• Interest in hypermedia-driven front ends and HATEOAS principles.
• Experience with continuous product development.
• High degree of independence and autonomy, as well as the ability to learn and acquire new knowledge quickly.
• Good collaboration skills and a penchant for working in interdisciplinary teams.
• You have a good command of written and spoken Norwegian.
