Sales and Distribution Support Credit (SDS Credit) is responsible for credit production and follow-up of current loans and credit portfolios for the PM and BM division and will provide professional support to the bank's advisors in the custody legal area.

We are a department with approx. 40 employees consisting of three teams. Two teams that work towards the private market (PM) and one team that works towards the corporate market (BM). We are now looking for a new department manager for one of the PM teams. As a department manager, you will be responsible for a team of competent employees who have a wide range of tasks. There are varying degrees of complexity and requirements for expertise within the department's tasks. As department manager, your responsibility is to ensure the operation and development of the PM credit production area, and you have full responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the team, both professionally and in terms of personnel. You are part of the department's management team consisting of three department managers, the depot manager and the head of SDS Credit.

You report to the Head of Sales and Distribution Support Credit. The place of work is Hamar.

Tasks

  • Responsibility for ensuring that the department knows and follows the Group's goals and strategy.
  • Translate strategy into concrete measures and priorities.
  • Prioritize tasks that ensure that business areas and support functions achieve their goals.
  • Be an active driving force in meeting the Group's profitability targets.
  • Ensure the necessary expertise and capacity in the department.
  • Ensure own competence development in relevant professional areas, including management.
  • Establish and exercise good risk management and internal control in line with the Group's guidelines.
  • Responsibility for quality assurance, follow-up and reporting.
  • Lead and follow up all operational tasks within credit production for the retail market.
  • Ensure that deliveries and services meet agreed requirements.
  • Provide status and reporting to the head of SDS Kreditt.
