SpareBank 1 Østlandet is currently seeking several customer service representatives for full-time positions at our customer service center in Gjøvik.

In recent years, SpareBank 1 Østlandet has made a significant investment in Gjøvik. We have established a new customer service center, built a strong professional team, and moved into new, modern offices at Parkgata 6. Here, we work alongside advisors and specialists from various parts of the financial institution, which provides excellent opportunities for learning, collaboration, and development.

Working hours are between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. on weekdays.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide customer service, guidance, advice, and sales via phone, chat, and email.
- Guide customers in using the bank’s digital solutions and self-service tools.
- Identify customer needs and suggest relevant products and services.
- Contribute to positive customer experiences through reliable and effective advice.
- Collaborate with other departments within the bank to find the best solutions for customers.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of work processes and customer experiences.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, business administration, or other relevant fields. Relevant experience may compensate for a lack of formal education.
- Experience in customer service, sales, or other customer-facing roles.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Interest in technology and digital solutions.
- Experience in consulting and sales is a plus.
