Tasks - Your main responsibilities

  • Create great customer experiences and build long-term relationships - both physically and digitally
  • Maintain, develop and grow your own customer portfolio
  • Take responsibility for credit risk in the portfolio
  • Guide customers to the right insurance and savings solutions
  • Challenge customers to protect themselves against unforeseen events
  • Guide customers in the use of our innovative self-service tools
  • Keep yourself professionally updated and develop in the role

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with relevant financial subjects
  • Good verbal and written presentation skills
  • Mastery of technological solutions and self-service tools
  • Good credit skills and interest in personal finance

Desired qualifications:

  • Authorization in credit and insurance (or desire to take this)
  • Experience with proactive sales and good sales results
