Do you want to help build the customer service of the future at SpareBank 1 Østlandet?

SpareBank 1 Østlandet is investing aggressively in Gjøvik, and now you have the opportunity to join right from the start. We are building a new customer center and are looking for more committed customer advisors who want to help establish, shape and develop a completely new professional environment, where people and technology work closely together to create the best customer experiences.

During 2025, we have started evening operations and employed 20 advisors in part-time positions. Now we're taking the next step. We are expanding our efforts to daytime and are looking for customer advisors for 100% positions who want to help set the standard for what the bank's customer service should be both today and in the years to come.

As a customer advisor with us, you will have a key role in meeting customers where they are, at the intersection of personal advice and digital solutions. The customer center will be the extended arm of the mobile bank, and you will help customers get the most out of the bank's digital services, while providing safe, personal and competent advice when needed.

First-class advice combined with strong local anchoring is the core of SpareBank 1 Østlandet. Our goal is to be available when our customers need us, and every day earn the right to be their first choice in personal finance, both digitally and in person. Working hours are between 08-16 on weekdays.

Tasks

  • Customer service, guidance, advice and sales via telephone, chat and email
  • See opportunities and quickly suggest relevant solutions and products for the customer
  • Utilize the broad potential of the activities we perform daily
  • Refer to other relevant expertise
  • Ensure that all customers use our innovative digital solutions and self-service tools

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in economics. Relevant experience can compensate for lack of education
  • Experience from customer center - preferably other industry
  • Guidance, referral and service skills.
  • Relevant sales experience and documented sales results are emphasized.
  • Master technological solutions and self-service tools well
