Our regional bank manager is retiring this year, and we are looking for his successor.

We are looking for a responsive and result-oriented person to lead 9 skilled employees at the Kongsvinger, Nes and Jessheim offices. You are a driving force for good customer experiences. You prioritize, delegate and give employees clear scope for action and trust. You create acceptance through information and involvement, and you follow up.

You report to the Executive Vice President Corporate Market and are a member of the divisional management for the Corporate Market. Your main workplace will be Kongsvinger, but travel to the other local offices in the region will be part of your everyday life.

Tasks

• Lead the business operations in the region, including profitable and sustainable portfolio development.
• Strategic market planning for your own region, and ensure that relevant strategies and ambitions are known.
• Lead the implementation of plans and activities, as well as major processes.
• Personnel management, recruitment and skills development in own region.
• Responsible for ensuring that the region delivers in accordance with legal and quality requirements for the business.
• Interaction with other departments and regions in the division and other business units in the Group.
• Contribute to strategy development in the division.

Qualifications

• Higher education.
• Broad management experience, preferably from other industries.
• Be up to date on current laws and regulations.
  
• Experience from the credit area in the corporate market is a great advantage.
• Good knowledge of the business community in the region.
