The Robotics and Continuous Improvement department consists of three teams working with Artificial Intelligence (AI), Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Continuous Improvement/LEAN, part of the Technology and Development division.

Our AI team leads the work of exploring, developing and facilitating AI solutions for customers and employees based on standard AI solutions from Microsoft and Boost.AI.

As a Senior AI developer, you will be involved in developing new solutions based on artificial intelligence and automation. We're looking for people who want to help exploit the possibilities of AI technology to simplify, improve and renew user experiences - for customers and employees.

Applications are processed on an ongoing basis.

Tasks

• Develop and implement AI solutions based on Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Use AI and Azure technology to build scalable, secure and modern solutions.
• Design and develop AI agents, API integrations and smart automations.
• Explore new applications for generative AI in SpareBank 1 Østlandet.
• Collaborate with business developers, product owners and other technologists in interdisciplinary teams.
• Contribute to the further development of our AI competence and competence sharing in the organization.

Qualifications

• Education in computer technology and computer science or other programming-related education.
• Experience with Azure and cloud-based development.
• Experience with development using Copilot studio and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Knowledge of or desire to learn the Azure AI Foundary
• Competence and experience with the use of API integrations (SOAP/REST).
• Experience with the integration of AI in applications and user interfaces is desirable.
