As a financial advisor, your most important task will be to help customers identify opportunities and challenges in their personal financial situations. You’ll work closely with great colleagues and contribute to important decisions.

You’ll report to the branch manager. The workplace will be centrally located in Majorstuen.


Job Responsibilities

  • Create positive customer experiences.
  • Ensure the maintenance, development, and growth of the customer portfolio.
  • Take responsibility for credit risk in the portfolio.
  • Be confident in challenging customers to choose the right insurance solutions in case something goes wrong.
  • Find good savings solutions together with the customer.
  • Guide customers in using our innovative self-service tools.
  • Stay professionally up to date, train, and develop your role.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant economic fields.
  • Proficiency in technological solutions and self-service tools.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong credit expertise and an interest in personal finance.
  • Holds credit and insurance licenses or is willing to obtain them.
  • Ability to drive proactive sales and demonstrate strong sales results.

Requirements for the position
Relevant licensing requirements in the fields of Insurance and Credit are mandatory for this position. You are required to complete and pass the licensing requirements in effect at any given time. We have internal training programs that you will follow.
