As Business Controller, you will have a central role where you collaborate with your team, production and its support functions.

Your tasks include:

  • Contribute to the monthly financial statements.
  • Lead and support the business in the forecast and budget process and contribute with other parts of the income statement.
  • Contribute with analysis and follow-up of the business.
  • Presentation & communication of data.
  • Support of the management team in financial decisions.
  • Handle questions from the business.
  • Train in financial issues.

About you

  • You work in a structured and meticulous manner, quickly take on new tasks and easily learn new systems and working methods, and are a problem solver.
  • Your motivation and drive are evident in the fact that you take responsibility, own initiatives and actively drive your work forward and are careful to meet deadlines.
  • We also see that you have clear and good communication skills and are easy to build and maintain trusting internal relationships.

We are looking for you who

  • Have an academic education in economics or other education/experience that is considered equivalent.
  • Have experience of working as a Business Controller or worked for a few years in accounting or equivalent experience.
  • Have good knowledge of Microsoft Office, mainly Excel.
  • Mastery of Swedish and English in speech and writing.
  • Experience in handling large amounts of data where experience of SAP, IFS, Hypergene, Power BI and Pivot tables is an advantage.
  • Previous experience of the process industry and reporting is an advantage.
