About the position

We are looking for two business developers for our Quality section in Luleå. As a business developer, you will support the business in maintaining and developing a lean-based improvement work based on daily management and continuous improvements. You will, based on The SSAB Way and SSAB management system, drive and support the development of standardized working methods, tools and methods to meet standard and customer requirements. Together with the organization, you will develop and manage the management system and drive and implement improvement activities. As part of developing the business, you will participate in our audit activities. You collaborate with other business developers, quality engineers and audit coordinators.

Your main responsibilities

  • Coach managers and employees in structured and effective improvement work.
  • Initiate and support the business in the development of working methods, tools and methods.
  • Participate in / drive improvement activities in the quality area, both linked to current production and to our conversion work and the new production.
  • Participate in the introduction and then management of certification within IATF 16949 (International Automotive Task Force).
  • Project manage development projects.
  • Work to develop skills in the business in areas such as quality and customer focus.
  • Moderate workshops.
  • Develop and manage the management system together with the organization.
  • Be an internal audit manager and auditor.

About you

  • - We would like you to have a university education with a focus on lean, leadership, quality or other equivalent education, or well-documented work experience that has provided equivalent competence.
  • You have a positive view of people and a coaching approach.
  • You can pursue issues independently but also collaborate well with others.
  • You are enterprising and have high motivation to work with changes and improvements.
  • Experience with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 is an advantage.
  • You have a good ability to convey complex reasoning in a simple and accessible way to different target groups, both in writing and orally.
  • Basic knowledge of Swedish and good knowledge of English, with the ability to express yourself well in both speech and writing.
