As an electrical technician in Metallurgy, you will be a key player in our production. Our team in operational maintenance consists of 7 technicians and 19 electricians.

You will work on the preparation and planning of electrical work orders and improvement of facilities. You will prepare proposals for the long-term UH plan and budget for your area. You will act as technical support for daytime electricians and also for the emergency team working shifts.

Your main responsibilities

  • Preventative UH and improvement work.
  • Analyze occurring disturbances and develop documented action proposals.
  • Planning UH stops in consultation with the operating organization and strategically responsible technician.
  • Keep up to date on the status of the facilities.
  • Involve in plant projects.
  • Electrical operations manager for your area.

About you

  • You have a technical education in electricity (at least upper secondary level) and several years of experience in the profession.
  • You have an interest in technology and want to work on development and improvements.
  • You are structured, solution-oriented and have a strong desire to learn new things.
  • You care about the safety of yourself and your colleagues.
  • You are a team player with good self-awareness who spreads positive energy and leads by example.
