As an Electrician/Electrical Maintenance Generalist, in the Heat Treatment/Formatting section, you will, together with the responsible electrical technicians and electricians, be the focal point for UH activities within the plant. The task of the maintenance section is to work on effective maintenance and improvement measures to ensure a high operational availability of plants and production equipment.

About the position

This is a varied position with exciting challenges where you get the chance to work with colleagues in different businesses. The group you will belong to consists of different professions and roles in both electrical and mechanical.

Your main responsibilities

  • The generalist's focus is on rounding the plant based on a round plan and having good knowledge of the current status.
  • The work also involves planning and preparation of UH work, and you work with both remedial and preventive maintenance.
  • To succeed in your mission, you must take advantage of and manage all opportunities for cooperation and good communication.


About you

  • High school diploma in electricity or equivalent education.
  • Experience from previous maintenance work, meritorious if you have in industry.
  • Advantageous if you have good plant and plant knowledge.
  • You will work a lot in the maintenance system IFS8, so previous experience of maintenance systems is advantageous and also previous experience of planning and preparation of maintenance jobs.
  • You need to have knowledge of the Office package.
  • You are positive, thorough and flexible and you have the ability to solve problems and make your own decisions, while it is important that you realize the importance of the team's collective effort to achieve set goals.
  • Strong emphasis will be placed on your personal qualities.
