About the position

As Executive Assistant to the Division Manager of SSAB Special Steels, you will play a central role in driving and developing administrative routines within the division. You will be responsible for calendar management, meeting planning, invoice management and travel-related administration. You will coordinate the work of the management team, update internal collaboration spaces and publish information on the intranet. The role also involves assisting with Capital Markets Days, Annual General Meetings and other strategic events. You will work closely with both the Head of Division and the Executive Team and be a key link in creating structure and efficiency in the organization.

Your main responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage the calendar, meetings and conferences for the Head of Division and the Executive Team.
  • Manage invoice processing, purchase request and authorization in systems such as SAP, IFS and HR tools.
  • Responsible for travel bookings, visas, travel expenses and reporting to Autolease.
  • Administer documents, company signatures, archiving and publishing on the intranet.
  • Coordinate internal meetings and events such as All Managers Meeting, Capital Markets Days and seminars.
  • Work with colleagues to assist with marketing events, seminars, conferences, social media

About you

  • Broad administrative knowledge and experience from working at higher levels in larger preferably listed companies
  • To succeed in the role, we believe you are collaborative, like to see solutions and are not afraid to take initiative
  • As things can move quickly in our division, the ability to adjust, communicate and be flexible is important - a plan is great but it's the end result that counts!
  • As a person, you are humble, accommodating and curious
  • Swedish and English in speech and writing
  • Post-secondary studies in economics, administration or languages are meritorious
