Then it is exactly you we are looking for as a generalist in planning and preparation for the central workshop in Oxelösund.

A fun, varied and challenging position with days filled with assignments and exciting discussions about different solutions together with customers and different professions. A position that offers close cooperation to prepare staff in the best way for different assignments. As a planner/preparer, you will work closely with your team and the practitioners on a daily basis. Through the close cooperation, you strive to optimize the workflow and achieve the highest possible delivery reliability and quality.

The working hours are daytime 07:00 - 16:00 Monday to Thursday, 07:00 - 15:00 Fridays.

On-call duty may occur.

Your main responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for planning and preparing incoming work in an efficient manner, which includes creating work plans, allocating resources and ensuring that all necessary materials and tools are available.

About you

  • Graduate level of engineering with work experience in a mechanical workshop environment linked to industry.
  • Very good knowledge of reading drawings
  • You are passionate about development and improvement, take your own initiative and handle problem situations with preserved calm and focus.
  • You have a structured way of working and good ability to plan your work and are solution-oriented and service-oriented.
  • You have good computer skills, good knowledge of Swedish and English in both speech and writing.
