About the position

We are looking for a manager with responsibility for Batch 3. The section's most important task is to clean the sheet using hydrochloric acid and ensure its quality before it goes on to the next customer. It is a section that is important in SSAB's strategy to increase the growth of premium products to our customers and faces several exciting challenges in the coming years in the form of new products, increased flow through the lines and a transition to fossil-free operations.

This development takes place in parallel with the development of employees and the organization towards a safe and developing work.

On Betsträcka 3, the working hours are 5 shifts with 5 operators / shift teams as well as an operations assistant and an operations manager. In addition to your own management team, you will work closely with operators, maintenance, quality technicians, process developers and others.

Your qualifications

  • Technical skills and experience.
  • Experience in the process or manufacturing industry and production management.
  • Experience in operational and health and safety responsibility.
  • Ability to structure, focus and prioritize within your work area.
  • Willingness to constantly develop and establish working methods.
  • Willingness to lead in change and deliver on set goals.
  • Communicate in Swedish and English in both speech and writing.
