The position means that you will be part of the HR production management group together with other HR managers in the Europe division and work to drive HR development in the same direction. You will also be part of SSAB Borlänge's management team and contribute to the management team's ability to make strategic and operational decisions based on the right information from an HR perspective.

As HR Manager in Borlänge, you will be responsible for a lovely and productive team of five people, their work environment and ensure that they can support managers in HR issues. The team consists of four HR Business Partners and one HR specialist.

Your main responsibilities

  • Responsibility for ensuring that all the different HR functions work towards common goals in the site and use their resources well, ensuring good collaboration and consultation.
  • Ensuring that the HR annual cycle is followed and that HR issues are integrated into the business.
  • Ensure that SSAB Borlänge meets legal requirements for which HR is responsible.
  • Collaborate closely with other HR functions within SSAB.

About you - We are looking for you who

  • Have a courageous leadership that is characterized by clarity, focus on results and transparency.
  • Have experience of change management in a large complex corporate environment.
  • Have relevant education in human resources and working life, or equivalent experience.
  • Have experience of HR processes and leadership, it is meritorious if you have worked in an international company or in industry.
  • A communicative in both speech and writing in both Swedish and English.
  • Have a genuine interest in people and the work environment.
  • Analytical, thorough and decisive.
  • Enjoys change and development and has the courage to drive improvements.
  • See collaboration as a strength and find it easy to build relationships.
  • Can independently drive complex issues, set structures and deliver on goals.
