Do you want to take overall responsibility for how maintenance is conducted, developed and managed in a complex industrial operation?
As Head of Maintenance Development at SSAB Luleå, you will have a central role in creating structure, direction and long-term sustainability in our maintenance work. You will lead the development of the maintenance process with a focus on safety, efficiency and quality - in close collaboration with the business.
We are looking for you who want to lead together with others and who thrive in a role where strategic work is combined with a clear responsibility to make decisions become reality.
Becoming part of the SSAB family means joining a journey. A journey that we believe is crucial for the future of the planet and sustainability. Steel has been one of the most important materials for the development of our society and will continue to be so in the future. In our homes, in bridges connecting our cities and in the cars of tomorrow. At SSAB, we are proud of our history and our leadership in high strength steel. At the same time, we are aware that steel production is one of the industries that emits the most greenhouse gases in the world. This must change. We have therefore developed the world's first fossil-free process for steel production and are committed to becoming largely fossil-free. As part of SSAB, you will be important in realizing this goal and thus contribute to a green transition of the entire steel industry.
