About the position

As Head of Production Support, you are responsible for leading production technicians and occupational health and safety technicians, as well as the operational service managers. You are a key member of the management team together with the Operations Manager and provide management support to both the Production Manager and other managers in Production.

Your main responsibilities

• Monitor and develop operations to ensure a safe working environment and stable production.
• You drive improvement work systematically and ensure that production works with a focus on productivity and delivery.
• Support coordination in the steel plant.
• Support the daily work with safety and quality investigations.
• Ensure that work instructions are current and updated.

About you

• Accurate and analytical, thrives on following up results and finding solutions.
• You are enterprising, easy to work with and can connect with others to drive improvements.
• Experience in production is an advantage, as is a university education, but most important is that you have the right attitude and experience.
