As Head of Production Logistics, you are responsible for leading, planning and developing operations in warehousing, logistics and production planning. You ensure efficient production optimization, high delivery reliability and optimized resource use throughout the chain - from incoming materials, production to delivery.

Your main responsibilities

• Responsibility for production and transport planning based on occupancy and material availability, follow up key figures and drive improvement work in safety, quality and efficiency.
• In and out warehouse in Finspång and Norrköping, transport planning and agreements and follow-up of carriers.
• You work closely with colleagues in other parts of the organization to coordinate deliveries and create stable production flows.
• Personal responsibility and to develop employees and working methods in line with SSAB's values and goals.
• You have budget and profit responsibility and ensure that laws, agreements and SSAB's policies are followed.
• You actively work for a culture characterized by safety, responsibility and continuous improvement.

About you

• We are looking for you who have good experience of production logistics in industry or manufacturing.
• You are a confident and clear leader who thrives on combining strategic responsibility with operational presence, and you have the ability to create structure and clarity even in complex flows.
• You have experience in personnel management and are used to developing both people and working methods to create a committed team with a focus on collaboration, quality and improvements.
• You work analytically and data-driven, with a good understanding of production flows, planning systems and logistics tools.
• You communicate fluently in Swedish and English in both speech and writing.
• As a person, you are solution-oriented, communicative and development-oriented. You thrive in a role where you can influence, take initiatives and drive improvements forward. With a structured and curious approach, you see the big picture, find sustainable solutions and motivate others to think in new ways. You are happy to collaborate and create commitment in the team, but you also dare to challenge ingrained ways of working when you see potential for development.
