About the position

As a technician, you will work closely with production on preventive maintenance in hydraulics at our plants. You will work on analyzing malfunctions and breakdowns in order to eliminate them to create a stable production. Planning and preparation of jobs in hydraulics is also included in the service as well as handling spare parts.

You work both independently and together with your colleagues. We always put safety first and you will carry out your work in accordance with SSAB's routines and processes for safety, health and the environment. The group includes the professional areas of hydraulics, media and tribology and you will be involved in shaping working methods and development.

About you

  • For this position, you are required to have a completed upper secondary education and meritorious is some form of further education in hydraulics / industrial media.
  • You need to have good knowledge of the Office package master Swedish and in speech and writing (and knowledge of English).
  • Experience of similar positions and knowledge of industrial media, we see as meritorious.
  • We are looking for someone who generates energy, is energetic and wants to create results together with others.
  • As a person, you are confident in pursuing issues on your own, while at the same time being easy to collaborate with.
  • Strong emphasis will be placed on your personal qualities.
