Internal Auditor at SSAB - contribute to the development of a global industrial group. Do you want to work in a strategically important role where you can combine analysis, business understanding and international contacts? SSAB is looking for a committed and business-driven internal auditor for Group Internal Audit, based in Borlänge

As an internal auditor at SSAB, you will play a central role in developing and strengthening the Group's corporate governance, risk management and internal control. You will be part of a team that works closely with the business and contributes to improvements that create long-term value for the entire Group.

The role means that you participate in the entire audit process - from audit proposals, planning and implementation to reporting and follow-up. The audits are often conducted together with a colleague and cover SSAB's operations both in Sweden and internationally. The position therefore offers good opportunities to build a broad network and gain a deep understanding of the business.

You will work in a dynamic environment where you will have the opportunity to challenge existing ways of working, identify improvement opportunities and contribute to the development of effective processes and sustainable ways of working within the organization.

The position reports to the Director, Group Internal Audit.

We are looking for you who have

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration or equivalent
  • About 3-5 years of experience in external or internal auditing
  • Experience from controlling or finance function is meritorious
  • Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written (reports and work documentation are in English)

The recruitment process:

In this process, you as a final candidate will be asked to complete a Business Case and also be tested on your English skills. For the final candidate, there will also be background checks, health checks and reference checks.
