Are you a structured person who wants to be involved and contribute to development. We are now looking for a laboratory assistant for the wet chemistry laboratory. As a Laboratory Technician, you work with sampling, sample preparation and analysis of environmental samples, process water, raw materials and residual and by-products.

About the service

You will be part of a group consisting of laboratory technicians and laboratory engineers. Our environmental analyzes are accredited by SWEDAC, which means that the requirements for quality assurance are high. The laboratory works closely with customers and performs analyzes for the entire production chain in Luleå.

Your main areas of responsibility

  • Sampling
  • Perform wet chemical analyses
  • Report analysis results to customer
  • Perform preventive maintenance as well as checking and calibrating instruments.

About you

  • We are looking for you who have education at upper secondary school level with a focus on science/technology or equivalent. If you have experience in laboratory work or have process knowledge, it is advantageous.
  • Great emphasis will be placed on personal qualities. As a person, you are committed, work carefully and systematically solve the problems you are faced with.
  • You can work both independently and in a group, have the ability to create contact and trust and have good communication skills both verbally and in writing.
  • Driving license is a requirement.
