About the position

We are looking for a maintenance engineer for the Maintenance Development department. Our task is to, in collaboration with production and production-related maintenance, systematically and fact-based develop maintenance work and thus operational safety.

Your main responsibilities

• Work on mapping and analysis of existing maintenance activities.
• Leading improvement work.
• Perform root cause analysis and solve problems.
• Introducing new technologies in maintenance work
• Participate in development and investment projects.

About you

• We are looking for you who have a university degree in maintenance technology, mechanical engineering or electricity / automation. If you have relevant experience, this is a plus.
• You are curious, proactive and structured. You are easy to work with and you can also take a leadership role in an improvement team.
• You are fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English.
