In the Hot Rolling and Forming department, we work in two production units - the hot rolling mill and our four forming lines. In the hot rolling mill, the process ranges from material handling and heating, via pre-pairs and machine cellars, to rolling, reeling and roll handling. About the position

As a Section Manager, you are responsible for preventive maintenance throughout the hot rolling mill - a key function for creating stable production and high operational reliability. Together with your team, you work to create a safe workplace where both people and facilities develop in the best possible way.

You lead two section managers and a total of about 45 employees in several professional categories, including mechanics, electricians and electrical technicians. The role involves a wide network of contacts, both internally and externally.

You are part of the department's management team and help shape the direction, priorities and future development of the entire Hot Rolling and Format. You will report to the Head of Department

Your main responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Hot Strip Mill Operational Maintenance section
• Drive the development of maintenance and facilities together with colleagues in the management team
• Ensure reliability and stability of the Hot Strip Mill production

About you

We are looking for you who have technical education and experience from the industry - either from production or maintenance. You have many years of experience as a manager and master both Swedish and English very well.

It is meritorious if you have worked with maintenance development or change management. Engineering education and EFNMS certification (Certified European Expert in Maintenance Management) are also plus.
