As Head of Pipe & Pump, you have overall responsibility for owning, developing and following up on operations in treatment plants, pumping stations and other areas of responsibility. You lead the business towards set goals through clear management, prioritization and long-term planning, with a focus on ensuring good availability and reliability of the facilities.
The role entails overall responsibility for the work environment, environment, economy and resource use within the section. You drive structured improvement work and ensure that decisions and working methods are put into practice.
The assignment includes close cooperation with other managers and functions within SSAB Luleå to create consensus, coordination and a common direction in the business.
