As Section Manager for Real Estate, you are responsible for leading and developing the section's work in property management. The section currently consists of 11 employees who are a mix of officials and collective employees. You plan, structure and follow up operations with a focus on long-term sustainability, efficiency and quality.
You have overall responsibility for staff, budget and results within the section and drive change work in close collaboration with other parts of the organization. The role also means that you are an important contact person towards both internal and external partners.
We are facing a unique journey of change where you will play a central role in shaping the future working methods and structures in the real estate area.
Your main responsibilities
- Lead and develop the real estate section.
- Ensure structured planning and follow-up of the business.
- Drive change work and development initiatives.
- Responsible for personnel management, work environment and skills development.
- Budget and performance responsibility.
- Collaborate with other departments and external actors
About you
- You have previous experience of leadership, preferably in property management and industry.
- You are used to working in a structured way and have good planning skills.
- You have experience of driving change work together with others towards common goals.
- You have good communication skills and thrive in a role with many contact surfaces.
- You are fluent in spoken and written Swedish but are also comfortable communicating in English.
