As Head of Segment & Cokemaking, you have overall responsibility for owning, developing and following up on operations within the workshop. You are responsible for ensuring high quality, delivery precision and technical reliability in work linked to segment and coke oven management, maintenance and development.
You lead the business towards set goals through clear management, prioritization and long-term planning, with a focus on safety, quality, efficiency and cost control. The role entails overall responsibility for the work environment, environment, economy and use of resources within the section.
You drive structured improvement work and ensure that decisions, standards and working methods are put into practice. The assignment includes close cooperation with production, maintenance, technology and other support functions to create consensus, good planning and stable delivery over time.
There is room to clarify and further develop the assignment together with your manager and the organization based on the needs of the business within the Segment & Coke Plant.
