The Maintenance section is responsible for delivering efficient and professional maintenance services that ensure high operational reliability in our production facilities.

In the role of Maintenance Mek within the Steelworks, you work mainly with preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs in the plant. You plan and prepare your assignments in our maintenance system IFS and get involved in the entire process - from preparation and spare parts to execution and follow-up.

The working hours are daytime.

Your main responsibilities

  • Corrective and preventive maintenance.
  • Planning and preparation of tasks.
  • Work in the maintenance system.
  • Deliver qualified maintenance services in close cooperation with production.

About you

  • You have an upper secondary education with a workshop/mechanic focus or equivalent experience and previous experience of maintenance work. Experience of welding is an advantage.
  • You are responsible, committed and see the value of working together to achieve common goals.
  • You have good social skills and thrive in collaboration with both colleagues and clients.
  • You like to solve problems and always put safety first - both your own and others'.
  • You are a team player who contributes to a positive work climate.
  • B driving license is a requirement.
