About the position

As a Shift Supervisor at Råjärn, you lead a shift team with responsibility for the entire plant. You plan and distribute the work to ensure a smooth and stable production with the right quality. The role involves personnel responsibility and a clear focus on creating a culture of safety, cooperation and continuous improvement.

You are part of the operations manager collective and report directly to the head of Masugn. Operations are conducted in 5 shifts.

Your main responsibilities

  • Lead and plan the daily work of the shift team
  • Ensure production stability and quality
  • Develop employees and ways of working in line with the improvement culture
  • Follow up and ensure compliance with agreed procedures
  • Active contribution in the operations management collective and collaborate across shift boundaries

About you

  • Experience of leadership in production or maintenance is meritorious
  • You have an interest in both people and technology - and are driven by developing both employees and operations
  • You have a positive approach, are responsive and have good relationship-building skills
  • You are stress-resistant, responsible and able to take action
  • You are fluent in spoken and written Swedish, and have good communication skills
