About the position

In the exciting growth phase we are in, we need to strengthen our project management team within the technology organization with committed, communicative and methodical project managers. The position of project manager involves leading the development and improvement of new and existing production facilities at a high technical level. The projects often include the purchase of mechanical equipment, installation and adaptation. In the projects, you interact with technical expertise in various fields to enable efficient and creative solutions that meet requirements such as safety, productivity and digitization.

Your main responsibilities

• Responsible for parts or entire projects from start to finish, prioritizing timeframes, economy and quality.
• Drive all phases of a civil engineering project such as feasibility studies, grant studies, planning, implementation and closure.
• Lead project teams and interact with clients, stakeholders and suppliers.

About you

• You have a technical education, civil engineer or equivalent.
• Experience in industrial projects and manufacturing industry is meritorious.
• Experience in procurement, contract writing and supplier contacts.
• An ability to see the big picture and to go into detail when needed.
• Self-awareness and awareness of own development and learning, as well as an interest in leadership and growing in the role of leader.
• Ability to adapt and work systematically.
• Good knowledge of English and Swedish.
