About the position

As Quality Support, you will play a central role in our work to identify, analyze and correct quality deficiencies. You will:

-Develop data and perform analysis of quality gaps using analytical tools to create a clear picture of the current situation and identify areas for improvement.

-Assist in identifying quality gaps in collaboration with the business and help create a culture of continuous improvement.

-Assist in investigating problems and setting action plans and key performance indicators that lead to concrete and sustainable improvements

Your main responsibilities

• Develop, analyze and present statistics.
• Develop improvement proposals in the area for which you are responsible.
• Present analyses and proposals to the line and possibly other stakeholders.
• Support the respective department in case of quality deviations.

About you

• We believe that you are structured, analytical and have good communication skills. You have experience in process development or quality work and thrive in a role where you get to collaborate with different parts of the organization.
• You have a multi-year university education, preferably with a focus on materials science, manufacturing processes or quality.
• Your analytical skills are important and you are used to data management as well as giving presentations and acting as a meeting leader.
• You need to be able to speak and write Swedish and English fluently.
