
Customer & Delivery Support is looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our team. We offer you an exciting position where you will be the channel between production and the sales organization when it comes to order management. Customer & Delivery support is a department that is responsible for order management, both orders directly to customers and orders to our internal and external warehouses.
In your role as a sales coordinator, you will be responsible for the orders linked to our external customers and handle order-related issues. You will have daily contact and cooperation with our sales offices around the world.
Your main responsibilities
About you
We are looking for you who have previous experience in customer care, sales, sales support or customer service, preferably from the manufacturing industry. As you will work in an international environment, we see that you have very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both oral and written.
If you have additional language skills or previous experience of working in business systems such as SAP, GSAP or S/4Hana, it is an advantage for the position.
We see that you are a structured person with the ability to keep order and create efficiency in daily work. You are communicative and thrive in a role with many contact surfaces, where you work closely with both internal functions and external customers on a daily basis. With your strong collaborative skills, you contribute to a positive work climate and a smooth flow of orders. You have a natural service focus and always strive to meet customer expectations. Furthermore, you are stress-resistant and can handle several parallel tasks without compromising on quality or accuracy. Your problem-solving skills allow you to quickly identify challenges and develop effective and sustainable solutions.
