As a section manager, you are responsible for leading, developing and streamlining the remedial maintenance of the unit. You work closely with production and the other sections both within the unit but also at other units here at the site. You follow up our remedial maintenance efforts to ensure the availability of our facilities where the emphasis is on clear communication, documentation, collaboration and flexibility.

The role includes personnel responsibility for a shift workforce and with a strong focus on safety and continuous improvement where you coach, support and develop your team to achieve set goals.

Your main responsibilities

• Follow-up and learning in the emergency remedial maintenance.
• Analyzing and developing the capability through mapping, training and development.
• Interacting and collaborating between the team and other functions and teams in the business.
• Standardized and efficient ways of working.
