About the position

SSAB is seeking a technically skilled and process-oriented individual to support the implementation and optimization of SigmaMRP across its European operations. This role is central to the ERP modernization roadmap and will ensure that SigmaMRP is effectively integrated with SAP Business One and other systems to support quoting, production, inventory, and delivery processes.

Main responsibilities

• Lead or support the rollout of SigmaMRP modules in coordination with SigmaNEST and SimTrans.
• Collaborate with local and central teams to align SigmaMRP with operational workflows and SAP Business One integration.
• Provide user training, documentation, and support for SigmaMRP users across Abraservice sites.
• Participate in data migration from legacy systems and validate migrated data.
• Customize reports, workflows, and cost models using SigmaMRP’s scripting and pricing engine.
• Act as liaison with SigmaTEK/Cambrio for support, updates, and enhancement requests.
• Contribute to the global ERP masterplan and resource coordination for the project.

About You

• Experience with SigmaMRP or similar MRP/ERP systems in a manufacturing or service center environment.
• Familiarity with steel processing workflows and integration with nesting software (e.g., SigmaNEST).
• Understanding of inventory control, quoting, and production scheduling
• Strong communication skills and ability to support users across multiple countries.
• Proactive and experienced in cross-functional teamwork.
• Bonus: Experience with SAP Business One, SQL, or scripting for report customization.
• Bonus: Experience steel processing or similar industry
