We are looking for a driven and business-minded Sourcing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for translating overall sourcing strategies into concrete, value-creating decisions and ensuring an efficient purchasing flow. You will manage supplier offers, negotiate contracts and ensure that we have the right suppliers.

You will carry out purchases according to the needs of the business and ensure that this is delivered at the right time and to the right place. Location Borlänge or Luleå.

Your main responsibilities

• Supplier management: Identify, evaluate and select suppliers, and maintain supplier relationships.
• Business Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and terms to optimize costs and delivery accuracy.
• Operational/Tactical Purchasing: Manage requests for quotations, manage orders and follow up on deliveries.
• Strategic Implementation: Ensure that purchases are in line with the company's overall purchasing strategy.

About you

• You have relevant post-secondary education in purchasing, logistics, law or technology.
• You have experience in tactical purchasing and contract negotiation.
• You have good experience of business systems (ERP) and Excel.
• You have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both in speech and writing.
• You are driven, analytical, business-oriented and structured.
• You enjoy conducting negotiations and have an ability to build long-term relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
